Can I purchase a shipping label through eBay for non-eBay shipment?

Can we still purchase labels through ebay for non eBay shipments? At one time I thought we were able to. I need to mail a small parcel to my granddaughter in Canada and wondering if I can buy it through ebay labels. It might be cheaper.

Nope...there has to be an eBay transaction through which the label can be processed...

I believe at one time many many years ago, some sellers found a workaround for using PayPal shipping labels for non-eBay transactions...

Only way would be to either use SSB account or card at post office to get level 1 discounts or the prepaid box options depending on size of goods you need to mail.
