The buyer said the player would not play the blu ray discs he tried it on, then later, he admitted it was a firmware upgrade that was needed on these blu ray players, that function almost like computers.....otherwise, no firmware upgrade meant some discs would not play on it. I thought about asking him to respond to a possible 'request negative feedback' request, then noted he complained also about 'the high postage I paid you already' for the package, AFTER he paid it and got his lowball offer, to boot....like I collected $26 (the actual rate Canada Post charges) shipping from him, then employed a free carrier pigeon from here in Quebec to drop the package over some rural house in Manitoba..... would ebay CS remove the negative, if i update them on the fact he admitted in the email the player itself was not defective ? so the reason i did not ask him yet to remove the negative was I figured he's a hard case low baller who penalizes ebay sellers for expensive Canada Post service.........buyers who punish sellers with feedback because of high cost shipping or delayed CP shipping ( another issue)
