I have my shipping preferences to include shipping to Switzerland and Malaysia however when I view my listed items it shows that I do not ship to those countries, they are in my excluded list. What is happening? When reviewing the excluded shipping list Switzerland and Malaysia are not checked off, indicating they are included countries that I will ship to. Okay, here I go!! There is a brooch I would like to buy but the USA seller will only use the GSP method to ship. I have asked many sellers who use the GSP on there listings if they would  ship via the USPS priority international and they have no problem. I live on a farm west a town and get my mail and packages in Devon. I also pay my duties there. The GSP do not deliver to Box numbers. I live in an apartment that has very small mail slots, and while there is a larger mail box that you can get a key for to open, occasionally larger orders will just go to one of the nearby post offices instead. Sometimes my apartment staff just forget to put the key in my mailbox, so how can I tell if my larger package came to my apartment complex, so I can talk to the staff regarding my package, or if it's at a post office, and if so, which one? I've looked at old threads (2013, 2016) and wonder if anyone ever figured out why the calculated shipping comes up as less than Canada Post's website.  After spending a lot of time half-packing, measuring, weighing an item and wading through Canada Post's one-at-a-time find-a-rate pages for estimates, I checked the item immediately after listing it with the same postal codes I entered to test, and the shipping is less.  It's not much, but, you're already losing money on calculated shipping if you're being honest about it, since they take a fee on that too. I am really confused at the moment about these two options when selecting shipping for posting an item , my confusion lies in 1- the difference between the  two shipping category's that are available ("Charge Actual Cost" vs Charge Fixed Cost") in terms of differ types of packages. With "charge actual cost" it gives me much more options in the ways to ship, where as the "fixed cost" option only gives me a handful of shipping options. 2 the box where I can enter in my fixed shipping price, it allows me to enter in a fixed price when I have the option selected for "Charge actual Cost" I thought the "charge actual" cost just calculated shipping once I entered weight and dimentions in ? any help would be appreciated since I can feel my blood starting to boil trying to understand this, Thanks. ... Hi everyone I was using Shippo this morning and tried creating a label. The first time I got an error. The second time it went through but now I can't download the PDF label. It won't go through on my computer or on my phone. I have emailed customer service. I also don't have any option of refund label, only download label, commercial invoice and create return label. Hi,   I'm new to Ebay.  When I choose my shipping option for economy shipping, is the price I enter only for shipping within Canada?   If I don't enter additional USA or international shipping details, does that mean I won't have to ship my product outside of Canada?   I'm trying to keep it simple for my first sale. Hello   new eBay user from CANADA. I would like to see INTERNATIONALLY to USA. I have a listing up but it will not let me choose USA. When potential buyers from USA look at listing they get this error message...Shipping cost cannot be calculated. Please enter a valid ZIP Code...and i do but still does not work. Bottom line a buyer from the USA can not determine my shipping costs from CANADA. Absolutely ridiculous. Been on phone with eBay 8-10x and they have no fix, hilarious! I would assume that this would be easy by now. Any thoughts or suggestions. If i choose Fed ex or UPS it wants me to put in a fixed cost. How would I know what the fixed cost will be if i do not know the buyers location. furthermore i would have to input this info for each buyer that messages me, ridiculous. I just had the worse shipping experience in my life.    I ordered and Surface on eBay from the States (I'm from Canada) and the seller used the GSP to ship it to me. A week later the package arrived in my city (could see through the tracking system) and stayed there for a few days. I then recieved and email from Pitney Bowes saying the package was "undelivrable" because of an issue with my address. I've ordered many things on eBay with the same address and get many deliveries from Canada Post every months (CP is the courrier Pitney Bowes is using) and never had an issue.   So I get the email from Pitney Bowes saying I need to update my address for reshipment. The issue is that the **bleep** page is broken and I can't click "submit for reshipment" button. So I got in contact with Canada Post right away but they said the tag for reshipment to the seller was already set and they couldn't do anything about it. I then Emailed Pitney Bowes and they asked me for my address so they could manually change it (it's the same address I used before) and they said I'll get my package in 4-6 freaking weeks.    I don't think I'll ever order anything on eBay again with this kind of service.
